I ask my clients to consider their heritage and their passions, elements that are easily incorporated by their choices for entertainment, décor or the simple favor.

 A chocolatier can provide the latter with selections that range from a tiny musical instruments, seasonal accents, sports items, etc.; cookies can be custom made as well, while other options range from chopsticks and origami to Scottish shortbread, sugar coated almonds (Italian) or ethnic Christmas tree decorations—the possibilities are endless. 

Whether you ask your DJ or bandleader to provide music that reflects your interests or your ethnic background or you arrange for a special performance by a bagpiper, Brazilian, Irish or Russian dancers, African drummers, Mariachis (again, anything is possible), your guests will remember the personal touch they experienced at your wedding.
